Mô tả công việc

· Be responsible for maintenance of mold, press -injection machinery, equipment, jigs, tools and make general and periodic maintenance plan.

· Plan and manage spare-part-inventory for mold, equipment in charge.

· Lead and improve machine in safety performance and productivity (injection, press, NC, grinder).

· Investigate and analyze the cause of defects, make plans to prevent/repair the defects to reduce NG rate of products.

· Manage the performance and help improve the knowledge and skills of team’s members.

· Make the records and reports on the machinery maintenance and management.

· Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.

· Contribute kaizen ideas.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Educational background: University/ College/ Vocational School with Major in Mechanical Engineering

· Language: English communication and writing (Japanese N2 is a plus).

· Have at least 03 years of experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing process kaizen.

· Deep understanding/knowledge of press/injection mold, mold maintenance, automation, high speed press machine as well as ISO certification is advantageous.

· Have experience in project/ people management.

· Can commute by motorbike to work.

·Problem-solving skills, organizational skill, communication skill, analytical skill, logical thinking.
