Mô tả công việc

  • Support manager in co-operating with MT customers in the Northern (MediaMart, HC, FPT, VIETTEL...)
  • Work with MTs P.I.C to assure MTs follow Cuckoo strategy and policy
  • Analyze market status and propose promotion plan for MTs
  • Follow up sales progress to assure sell-in/sell-out target
  • Work with internal departements for smooth flow of sales cycles
  • Do other works that requested from manager

MAIN DUTIES

SI (work with manager to study and implement sales activities)

Sales follow up

  • Stock&Upcoming update
  • Daily sales result analysis -> new PO proposal for MT
  • Follow promotion status by SI MT and SO PG

PO Sale

  • Receive PO from MT, check stock with SCM and feedback final PO for MT
  • Work with SCM on delivery plan
  • Follow delivery status

Rebate

  • Check monthly SI-SO of MT
  • Work with admin on customer rebate confirmation
  • Work with manager on promotion review

Report

  • Report request by managers
  • Weekly, monthly report

Key account management

  • Phase 1: manage FPT, Viettel
  • Phase 2: qualify and test to manage MM, VHC (FY2024)

SO (work with SO team to assure sales target about offline sales)

Check shop MT

  • Find SDA target and actual
  • Strategic product and price range
  • New trend product survey
  • Monthly promotion of SDA and effectiveness
  • Proposal of training program

Display management

  • Manage target display offline, proposal new one
  • Assure clean display in format
  • Check display shelf, product status

PG supervisor

  • Survey PG qty by brands and their KPIs
  • Survey PG plan potential and propose to arrange additional PG

Report

  • Weekly report
  • Report request from manager

Workplace

  • 15th Floor, Tower C, Central Point 219 Trung Kính, Yên Hòa, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduate
  • Have 2 year experience in MT sales
  • Logical thinking and target oriented
  • Good presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills
  • Good MS office knowledge
