Mô tả công việc

Perform customer service operational tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare presentation file and relevant documents for the client meeting, collect data from clients and work with insurers for quotations
  • Arrange insurance policies, follow-up all the updates with Insurers
  • Follow-up premium payments with Clients and Insurers
  • Handle correspondences, deal with client’s inquiries and coordinate with Manager/Branch Director to response for clients
  • Filing & documentation

Handle other related customer services/sales administration tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • English fluency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
  • Good communication & time management skills
