Mô tả công việc

✓ Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan according to approved headcount and

recruitment requests from Department

✓ Search, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection

processes, conduct interviews, and tests.

✓ Carry out recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement in website, participating in

job fairs, making relationship and connecting to universities/ colleges, in order to build up

employer brand and varied candidate pool

✓ Resolve other recruitment-related issues & undertake other tasks assigned by TA

Supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

a. Education level, certification/ Trình độ học vấn, bằng cấp:

✓ University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields

b. Experience/ Kinh nghiệm:

✓ At least 1 year of working experience in Mass Recruitment

✓ Candidate with recruitment experience in Sales/Service/Finance/Banking/Retails is a plus

c. Individual Characteristics/ Tính cách cá nhân:

✓ Good networking & interpersonal skills;

✓ Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible

environment;

✓ High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
