Job Summary: Support all variable duties of Account Payable and Treasury Functions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Payable

· Check and filling all supporting documents for Non Trade and Trade payable such as B/L, CO, invoice, parking list, Customs clearance, PO, contract, etc
· Scan documents and send to SSC for posting
· Ensure all transactions posted into system follow company policies and statutory regulation in time manner.
· Checking to ensure beneficiary information in weekly payment run are correct.
· Checking monthly reconciliation files prepare by SSC.
· Propose GL posting relating to account payable
· Dealing with Oversea Trading Partners to solve payable discrepancies.

Treasury & Cash flow Forecast

· Manage working capital for payment, allocate financial fund within Brenntag’s entities in Vietnam
· Run FX exposure and do hedging transaction to follow Brenntag’s policy and reduce exchange rate risks.
· Follow up and update daily exchange rate for business purpose.
· Prepare supporting document follow hedging requirements from banks

Internal Controls and Processes

Bachelor of Economics/Accounting & Auditing
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position at international companies
Working experience of IFRS and Vietnam accounting standards,
Hands on experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred);
Excellent command of English (oral and written) coupled with good interpersonal skills
