Reporting to : People Experience Lead, Vietnam
Working location : Binh Duong Plant

General job scope:

Main purpose of the role is to create a high performing and engaging workforce via implementing HR activities for in charge functions, with guidance from People Experience Lead, People Lead and Function Heads.

Main responsibilities:
• Partner with employees & line managers in delivering HR service with some below focus:
• Partner with line manager & employees in service of employee relation (colleague treatment, employment, communication, compensation & benefit, personal growth & development, safety & health…). Help LM to solve employee relation matters.
• Performance management: Coach/ partner with line manager on performance management (i.e. reward, performance improvement, disciplinary).
• Talent management: Counsel employees & LMs on career, development plan & retention action. Facilitate people career movement.
• Promotion validation: Advise & validate LM proposal on promotion including insight about talent (readiness), job scope & salary increase
• Advise LMs, employees on HR processes.
• Responsible for talent management by implementing and checking development plan.
• On-boarding new comers and drive inclusion, diversity, compliance in the functions.
• Responsible for Exit process to get insight and consult function for attrition management.
• Assist People Experience Team Lead and Function Leads to embed company corporate values.
• Monitor HR KPIs.
• Partner with Center of Excellence (COE) to oversee hiring process, training, pay, reward cycle, employment lifecycle services.
• Partner & liaise with People Lead on people agenda & implementation for in charge functions.
• Implement people related action (structure change implication, culture & engagement…) as required.
• Participate in common HR projects. Assist with execution of corporate documents and contracts.
• Lead team of 3-4 subordinates and demonstrate leadership

• Reasoning ability and solution driven
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2-year experience in HRBP/HR Manager role in an MNC (FMCG industry is a plus), have experience in Plant.
