Mô tả công việc

· Define business requirements for WMS software upgrades deployment and system configuration.

· Recommend, and manage system changes including new concepts, system improvements changes with the software supplier

· Create training documents and resources for the system, conduct training for end users

· Collaborate with IT and customers to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot solutions

· Work with Inventory Management on WMS configuration and stock reconciliations

· Document and enforce Standard Operating Procedures; keep work instructions and related documentation updated and available for end user

· Communicate daily with the warehouse team on daily basis, analyze problems related to the operation, find out the causes, and take measures.

· Evaluate changes in operation, propose improvement options: including the WMS system, and operate.

· Work with other team members and departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements

· Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance

· To ensure the operation impact and project objectives/ dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times

· To set up a program, deliver coaching and run projects pan jurisdiction

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering combination of education and experience

· 3 years of experience in logistics systems

· At least (1) year of experience in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment

· Recent experience with one or more WMS, preferably SAP, High Jump, CORE
