Mô tả công việc

The Procurement Specialist executes the sourcing strategy at local level and is the interface with local/overseas suppliers and sites.

Ø Key procurement interface with local stakeholders and act as first escalation interface to handle local issue.

Ø Key participant in the IBP Process of the region

Ø Drives local change management and continuous improvements projects to improve suppliers’ QDCIS performances.

Ø Manages local/overseas, plant specific suppliers.

Ø Strategies, Negotiation for Tail spend materials for the respective region.

Responsibilities:

· Is responsible for the local/import delivery of sourcing strategy

· Contributes to regional or global sourcing strategies with local requirements

· Is responsible for commercial negotiations only if delegated by a Sourcing Director

· Is key-interface with local stakeholders at site; Supply Chain, RD&I, Local Business

· Acts as the first escalation interface to handle local/oversea supplier issues

· Drives the local change management which regards to QDCIS projects, supports and drives Value Engineering savings projects locally. Drives Material cost reduction initiatives locally

· Manages local, plant specific suppliers

· Contributes to and leads local continuous improvement/ ALPS projects

· Management of Price list in each of material via working with sourcing/P2I team to make sure price set up on time and rightly

· Management of Tail spend

· Supply management

· Supplier performance tracking and assessment as company policy

· Procurement sustainability (to support Ecovadis or TFS assessment program)

· Transferring projects or localization projects

· Vendor master data management

Yêu cầu công việc

Professional

· Bachelor Degree required (Additional degree in Materials & Purchasing Management, International trade is preferred)

· Successful, multi-year track record in Procurement and Supplier Management

Technical

· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

· Good planning/project management skills

· Local language and good command of English

· Good negotiation skills, communication skill

Behavioral

· Superior communication; interpersonal skills

· Passion for reducing costs

· Distinctive leadership

· Comfortable with conflict

· Able to work in a dual reporting matrix

· Able to get buy-in and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders
