We’re seeking 02 Product Owner Seniorworking in Hanoi.

  • Collaborate with Product Leaders to define Product roadmap and Product Increment
  • Partner with business stakeholders and the development team to generate business requirements
  • Identify hypotheses, conduct research, and discoveries to validate customer problems.
  • Work with the Product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) for product launch.
  • Lead agile delivery teams to prioritize backlog items, contribute to user story writing, ensure the team understands the product backlog, and own the product roadmap on behalf of business stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the development team and technical lead to understand technical challenges, and prioritize development based on value/effort scoring.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designer, analytics, sale team, operation, and marketing to understand user needs, motivation, and behaviors to provide a user experience that truly emphasizes with user’s pain points.
  • Actively involved in driving continuous improvement activities
  • Accountable for ensuring all work results are delivered with high standards
  • Motivate and work with the development team on a daily basis to move user stories into production
  • Always learn and find new initiatives, solutions, and technology that improve business operation and customer experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

Skills and Experience

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner is preferred or equivalent in related work experience.
  • 02+ years of experience working in Insurance Transformation or Insurtech is a big plus.
  • Experience liaising with business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver digital products & services.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Business analysis and business requirements creation in an Agile environment are required.
  • Define and leading to develop new tecnologies in Insurance industry.
  • Work with dynamic enviroment and top talents.
