Mô tả công việc

Responsible for preparing, updating, publishing daily production and delivery plans.
Optimize production plans and production processes.
Assure to achieve production quantity and product’s quality as required by company and as budgeted.
Prepare and supervise maintenance & repair plan.
Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing work
Carry out maintenance for the building, facilities in the factory.
Set-up of new production lines, punching tools, coiling stands, cutting systems
Coordinate of all measures and activities for the improvement of the QM system and control of the implementation (e.g. customer-specific requirements, material specifications or tests as well as technical specifications and documents) - according to DIN EN ISO 9001, VDA, IATF 16949.
Co-ordinate to build, maintain and develop company’s quality management system.
Plan, implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and processes especially in the areas of development, design, product management.
Assure team to fully comply with company policies and regulations, ESH regulations.
Report to the plant management, and/or to the executive board (If required).
Train new employees.
Set up and manage to achieve KPIs for department.

Understand of production processes and procedures.
Has basic commercial knowledgeand technical thinking.
Familiar with safety, health, and environment regulations in a manufacturing plant.
Has experience in managing a production team of 50 workers up.
Can use MS Office, Familiar with ERP (proALPHA and MDE system will be an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure.
Leadership skills/leadership experience
