Main responsibilities

Team Leader, Production has full shift responsibility for a process area across all key metrics Safety Quality Delivery Productivity Cost People

  • Manage 30-40 workers to deliver the production plan. Manage 1 production line among Cracker (AFC, Cosy Marie), Buns (Bánh mì tươi) or Wafer (Cosy Quế)
  • Avoid incidents by ensure ’zero safety incidents’ mentality and culture in his area
  • Avoid incidents by ensure ’zero quality incidents’ mentality and culture in his area
  • Ensure volumes are produced in time in full against production plan
  • Accurate inventories in the area by Opening and Closing Process Orders in time and complete
  • Deliver the volumes with the planned and bugetted headcount
  • Deliver the volumes with the planned and budgetted line efficiency
  • Team ownership of controllable cost, like area perf., overtime, consumables and material usage
  • Improve cost over time through systemic Loss Elimination, Identify and eliminate losses
  • Building and growing High Performing Teams in his area
  • Coach and develop individual team members
  • Own at least one Daily Management System for the Module/Value Stream
  • Priority Setting through Daily Direction Setting and effective escalation of issues

Additional Information

  • Work 5 days/ week & total of 3 shifts including shifts 1: 6-2pm, Shift 2: 2-10pm, Shift 3: 10-6am (Changing shift every week)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electricity & Electronic/Food Technology….or relevant background
  • At least 1 year of experience in production management position
  • Strong prioritizing skill & problem solving
  • Understanding or experience with 5S, GMP, Lean Six Sigma, ...
  • Willing to go shift and work Overtime on demand
