Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Development Manager (Industrial Zone, 3000$, ID11326)

  • Search for new business opportunities in the development of the Industrial Zone, Urban Area
  • Assess the prospects potential and risks.
  • Build relationships with potential partners, and stakeholders.
  • Control the Industrial Zone functionality.
  • Make certain the project legislation.
  • Manage project task to ensure the project timeline, quality,… is align with the master plan.
  • Control project duties regarding deadlines, quality, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male, Female; Age: Under 45 years old
  • Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction or related fields
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in the same position working for Industrial Zone/Urban Area Developers
  • Fluent in English
