COMPANY INTRODUCTION:YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. *** ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

*** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Be responsible for the quality of all work performed by QA team.
- Control all quality and processes on the asset for mass production.
- Manage Monthly KPI and oversee the daily report in QA team with focus on the final quality delivery.
- Closely working with production team for quality control of the product as well as working with supplier for the customer complain.

- Be a role model in identifying and resolving project issues, resolve most complex problems using strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve win-win culture.
- Work closely with the clients in a consultant role to explain and recommend how the services are done for most efficient Production-Review and update production schedules with other managers to ensure the production is completed efficiently and on time.

- Provide the appropriate training to subordinates, proactively seek new and better ways for subordinates to perform their jobs.
- Take high focus to procedure/ 5S/ concept for ISO 9001:2015 auditing.
- Training new process as well as Center lining concept to Operators.
- Training for Production Engineer-Shift leader and Operators in the factory for better knowledge.
- Control the SPC and 6-Sigma for all steps in the factory, use 7 QC tool as well as PDCA to find out root cause of issue and solving the issue.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated in quality management (Bachelor degree or higher).
  • Having working experience as a QA in Manufacturing company over 5years.
  • Good English skills be requested.
  • Canwork with the high pressure.
  • Have experience in responding to customers (verification, reciprocity with customers ...).
  • Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiable salary.
