Mô tả công việc

Missions:The quality engineers responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. Support managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

  • Analyze and build SOP/Process/Standard for each step of the Quality management system. Work with internal teams, external teams to implement SOP.
  • Apply PDCA, follow up result of TQM implementation and take action to improve each step
  • Build Quality database for the whole quality system. Analyze and give action plans to improve.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly quality reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with Quality managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with company’s expectations.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting quality system issues.
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor in related majors, mechanical engineering or mechatronics is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance positions or Quality engineer (Furniture experience is a plus)
  • Experience in project management, Quality Audit, ISO 9001, Total quality management
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong logical thinking, systematic mindset, strong collaboration and facilitation skill, willingness to learn, teamwork mindset, multitask, ability to lead and drive a group to take decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, ability to provide creative and effective solutions.
  • Good at using MS Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Doc, Viso, Draw.io.
