ROLE OBJECTIVES:

  • QC aims to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Provide QC results to consultants to ensure the quality of payroll services
  • Periodically participate in checking/controlling processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client Excellence

  • Accuracy
  • Punctuality
  • Quality of feedback and completion of queries raised by Line Managers/Clients

Operational Excellence

  • To prepare/revise templates/update ISO process for QC to reflect current situation
  • Improve QC processes and control reports if any to make the QC work is more reliable and efficient
  • Input for the payroll process if finding the mistakes occur frequently
  • To target to all required clients are reviewed by QC as designed process and result is to be completed and shared with Line Managers & Consultants on monthly basis
  • Coordinate/directly perform the audit works

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
  • Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law
  • Solid experience in Payroll/C&B position
  • Skilled in checking payroll
  • Previous experience in QC/Audit fields will be an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good attention to details
