Mô tả công việc

- Be a Technical Advisor, transferring the production skills to all of our crews and workers.

- Concrete, hands-on experience, and fruitful know-how in our plush toy industry.

- Give technical advise for:

  • Stuffing process;
  • Packing process;
  • Cutting process.

- Suggest work methods or techniques to the production team that will increase efficiency workmanship and reduce cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Full skills in plush toy manufacturing.

- Experienced inall kinds of sewing process (for plush toys, must); all kinds of handwork process (for plush toy, must).

- Know all the details regarding garment technique to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Good communication as well as detail-focused, result-oriented, hard-working.
