Mô tả công việc

  • Purpose: To manage R&D activities and day-to-day operations through supervising and management of a team. Develop and implement an operational plan and objectives for the team within corporate guidelines, plans and policies within own unit. Ensure projects and programmes delivered OTIF with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Responsibilities:

· Leading a larger team and ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans

· Is key partner for other functions in the countries, particularly the commercial and production teams.

· Manages challenges/issues effectively with timely action and good communication with stakeholders.

· Plans and organizes the activities including well-defined goals and milestones and required resources

· Prioritize activities and arrange for appropriate level of staffing

· Ensuring preparation, testing, developing, analysing and researching elements (e.g. problems, questions, ideas) in own discipline

· Attracting, leading, coaching, appraising, and developing team members

· Demonstrating and driving safety leadership

· Driving engagement and managing talent development and succession planning

· Is lead R&D contact for customer and attends customer meeting and develops overview and technology presentations

· Responsible for the development of the team in the relevant scientific discipline

Yêu cầu công việc

· 6-9 years of relevant experience with Degree

· or typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with PhD
