Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for R&D Manager (Animal Feed, $2200, ID14084)

  • Responsible for managing all activities of the R & D department of animal feed products.
  • Research and develop new product, projects management and new technologies in nutrition and feed.
  • Research to find new ingredients and establish new nutritionally which are improved formulas for animal feed.
  • Research on the evaluation of feed ingredients and structure research assessing the quality of ingredients for the optimal evaluation of ingredients.
  • Assessments of the ingredients to observe critical formulation constraints that allow the ingredient to be assessed on a basis commensurate with its potential to supply nutrients and energy.
  • Provide expert knowledge support to all R&D teams, product management and markets on product performance, positioning, and value proposition development.
  • Predicting future raw material prices and giving direction.
  • Support feed & nutrition products R&D organization in other projects as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male: Ages 30 - 40 years old
  • Having the Masters/PhD degree in animal husbandry/veterinary
  • Having more than 05 years of experience inresearching formulas in the feed industry
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed (food for pig, cow, poultry...)
  • Good English communication.
  • Proficient computer skills
