Mô tả công việc

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all field and greenhouse activities, especially those relating to agronomy and plant maintenance.
  • Observe, gather, assess, and produce a report on the phenotypic data from field and greenhouse trials.
  • Complete the screening and trial planning as well as all other tasks related to the R&D department.
  • Control and guarantee adequate and suitable farm supplies.
  • Follow basic maintenance procedures for buildings, farm equipment, and tools to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage a daily farm operation for R&D experiments (workers task management, farm documentation and records, plant maintenance activities, etc.).
  • Control seed stock.
  • Manage trials and prepare the land and the substrate.
  • Complete all screening and trial operations with an agronomic component.
  • Maintain the research farms cleanliness and workplace safety procedures.
  • Carry out worker monitoring and training.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male preferred; Age: 25 -35 years old.
  • Graduated from University, majoring in Agriculture/ Biology or related fields.
  • Open for fresher (1 - 2 years experience in farming/ gardening is a bonus).
  • Good communication inEnglish.
