  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Responsibility for optimizing sales operations, developing new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Develop ongoing training and development programs for sales staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and optimization
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and processes
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience inbiotech, genetic testing
  • Having a medical educational background is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
