Mô tả công việc

  • Introduce and offer the company’s services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services’ quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team

  • Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team

  • Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service

  • Follow potential customers after live chat via email

  • Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: Ielts 6.0 or Toeic 750

  • Willing to engage in more work shifts.

  • Self-study, independent work and good teamwork skills

  • Experience in sales, basic IT knowledge, and an ecommerce website is an advantage.

  • Seniors are accepted
