Researching, providing advice to customers related to the company’s Logistics services such as: Air freight rate, Sea freight (LCL/FLC), Inland Haulage Charge, Customs declaration agency services, warehouse rental services,…
Building strong relationships with potential customers, maintaining good customer relationships.
Drafting service offers for new customers, participating in negotiations, making service contracts and monitoring the contract implementation process.
Reporting work results periodically or unexpectedly.

University graduate or higher related to majors in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related industries.
Having at least 01 years of experience in the relevant fields.
Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel. Know how to use professional email management and writing software.
Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative and confident in work. Well adapted in a volatile and high pressure working environment.
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Having good situational skills, time management and effective conflict resolution.
Priority: Have good knowledge of English and Chinese in communication, read and write well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates. Knowing how to use FAST PRO.
