Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and hit sales KPIs, propose sales policies/ inventory.
  • Manage sales in house team and handling all issues with Sales Dept.
  • Admin works: supervisor all issues related to sales admins works
  • Handling all reports related to sales activities
  • Sales Agents development and maintain the relationship with agents, supervisor all issues related to sales agents
  • Other duties assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant major.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in the same position, especially in Real Estate Industry.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Well-planning and very good communication skills, good looking is a plus.
  • Negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, management skills.
