Main responsibilities:

Responsible for sales processes, tools, and technologies to elevate salesforce effectiveness. This role contribute value through multiple activities from sales planning, analytics, operational excellence.

Details:

- Develop & track sales performance metrics (dashboard, KPI).

- Provide insights, business analytics focus on sales activities to support business agenda.

- Manage sales planning, forecast and follow up on strategic plan execution efficiency.

- Monitor & keep check salesforce & business performance.

- Develop sales code of conduct, procedures, policies.

- Work with sales management teams to evaluate, assess the compliance of sales activities & promotions.

- Maintain efficient sales support team to optimize day-to-day sales activity and data quality through new technologies.

- Develop sales pipeline; optimize frontline resource allocation based on sales model.

- Work with Finance & HR to review sales commission policy.

- Monitor sales commission operation in a monthly basis.

- Follow up with Engineering regarding to deployment, operation and quality of CRM, Metrics & KPI Dashboard, automation tools.

- Track long-term sales database.

- Manage, develop and lead the team.

- Create motivation & attain company value in workplace environments.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree of related areas: business administration or economics studies.

- Minimum of 5 years working in sales operation or sales management field.

- Being professional, ethical and persuasive

- Data driven

- Detail oriented

- Proven strong business process oriented.

- Database & sales software

- Saas sales operation model (POD)
