Mô tả công việc

  • Acquire new customers and monitor to achieve sales plan.
  • Prepare service level agreement and offer logistics service solutions to customers, sales contract, credit line.
  • Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions.
  • Acquire customers requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers.
  • Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term.
  • Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Sales Manager and Management Team.
  • Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Sales Manager and Management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Have at least 1-year experience in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • Computer skills: good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Systematic mindset to work on system
  • Logical thinking in problem solving
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skill, willing to work as a team.
  • Good human relationship with the fresh and active criteria
  • Good communication and collaboration in English
  • Be able for business trip
