Business Intelligence is responsible for calculating and determining business metrics. Assisting MFast‘s Departments and other business roles with the enhancement and conservation of various management reports.

  • Evaluate and define business metrics.
  • Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports, analysis, and deliver actionable insight.
  • Provide deep-dive analysis report & recommendation on service performance, highlighting any trends, patterns, or changes that may impact the overall conversion of specific strategic business use cases.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting Data Analysis duties or other responsibilities when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Fast Learner, Quick Adapter.
  • Above 2 years of industry experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact.
  • Experience in MySQL, BigQuery, and PowerBI is compulsory.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots.
  • Knowing statistical programming languages (Python, AirFlow, Airbyte) to manipulate and draw insights and ETL data from large data sets is a plus.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • University Degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a relevant field.
