Scope of work:

  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management;
  • Produce monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting;
  • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization;
  • Develop models that help with decision-making;
  • Pull, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using statistical methods, using tools such as Python and SQL;
  • Influence data strategies and the overall product roadmap by building efficient and scalable data solutions:
  • Deliver analytical or research results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling;
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required;
  • Basic understanding of data visualization principles;
  • Intermediate English efficiency required;
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, maintain composure under pressure, and possess a growth mindset.

Plus

  • CFA, ACCA, CPA or CMA;
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using basic SQL queries;
  • VBA or Google Apps Script.
  • Experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences.
