Operation Excellence:

Maintain business operation activities to ensure timely operational deliveries
Work with the growth marketing team and product team to initiate new product features, monthly promotional campaigns, communication tactics to push product growth
Be the main in charge of Business Development initiatives/ activities (i.e. explore new business opportunities, in charge of daily communication & negotiation with partner)
Represent the business team to take prompt coordination action for arising product operation issues
Track business metrics and analyze data to find insights for product improvement. Prepare monthly business reports; synthesize monthly budget plans and monitor actual spending
Ensure the legal related activities of the product, including coordinating the preparation process of contracts and addendums.

Strategy Execution:

Conduct market research, competitors research, and user research activities (both primary and secondary)
Take lead in brainstorming and defining product position that adheres to the business objectives
Conduct business modelling and synthesizing information into reliable deliveries, ready for presentation to senior executives and heads of departments

At least 3.5 years of experience in Business Development/ Project Management/ Operation/ Growth/ Strategy
Based in HCMC
Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.) will be a plus
Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
Resilient, humble, confident, and portrays a can-do attitude
