Mô tả công việc

– Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
– Manage legal risks by identifying potential legal issues and providing guidance on how to mitigate them.
– Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
– Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
– Supervise the work of junior legal staff and provide guidance on legal matters as needed.
– Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
– Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations that may affect the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
– Minimum of 05 years of experience working in Corporate Legal Departments or Law Firms related to business operations.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice that supports the company’s objectives.
