Mô tả công việc

The candidate’s primary role includes:
- Review, advise, and control the contract compliance on sales contracts, NDAs, other commercial contracts, promotions, and other commercial matters for designated business units.
- Review, advise, and control the contract compliance on procurement contracts for designated operation units in Northern Vietnam.
- Support and report to the Vietnam Regulatory Legal Manager in managing licensing matters and handling, working with local authorities related to inspections, inquiries or issues in respect to operation units in Northern Vietnam.
- Handle and advise on minor disputes with customers and suppliers.
- Handle and advise on minor regulatory matters.
The candidate is expected to work on other legal matters and projects as assigned by the Vietnam Legal Head.
The candidate reports to the Vietnam Legal Head.

Recognized law degree in Vietnam;
Qualification in the Vietnamese Bar is preferred but not mandatory;
5+ years of experience in the legal field with at least 2 years in the legal department of service/logistics company.
Legal work experience in a sales-driven organization, logistics, or e-commerce would make the candidate stand out;
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, procurement contracts, leases and tender documents;
Constructive and effective business communication;
Experience in litigation or dispute resolution in commercial matters;
Advise in and manage minor commercial disputes;
Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Vietnamese and English.
