Mô tả công việc

- Quantity: 01

- Co-ordinate with the design consultant to ensure MEP design drawing is followed client’s requirement and standard.

- Prepare technical specification of equipment, materials for MEP tender documents.

- Take off quantity of MEP system (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system) follow design states.

- Have knowledge about local code (QCVN, TCVN) and deep understand about design of fire fighting system, plumbing system

- Have design certificate for Fire fighting system is an advantage

- Use well necessary software: BIM, Revit MEP, word, excel, power point.

- Speak English fluently and use well English in MEP work (report, drawing, documentation…)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduate from technical university (Plumbing, Fire fighting engineering, HVAC)

- Have design certificate for MEP system (grade I or grade II)

- Have design certificate for Fire fighting system is an advantage

- At least 07 years working experience in domain design, construction MEP systems.

- Use well necessary software: BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad, power point. word, excel.

- Speak English fluently and use well English in MEP work (report, drawing, documentation…)

- Submit CV by English and attach college degree and related certificates
