- Lead a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients across a wide range of categories (Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines, Consumer Health, FMCG, Automotive, Finance, and opthers).

- Generate highly creative media relations and communications strategies, that drive fame for our clients.

- Strong knowledge of the media and Influencer landscape to devise solid strategic campaigns.

- Independent management of campaigns to the highest degree of performance and operational excellence.

- Daily operational management: project management, timeline delivery, scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, invoicing, resource management, financial reporting.

- Partnership with Account, Social, Strategy, Creative, Design and Experiential/Digital teams to deliver integrated communications plans

- Team leadership: focused on mentoring and development, training, effective line-management.

- Corporate communications - PR supporting: Support Managing Director in corporate communications as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- PR/Media/Social/Digital understanding: Knowing the advanced principles how they affect communication planning.

- At least 8 years experience working in communications & PR industry with strong engagement in PR campaign and IMC.

- Proven understanding of IMC campaigns in creative idea, comprehensive execution stages.

- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proactive and resourceful account lead.

- Calm under pressure and with a capacity to manage many projects simultaneous.

- Ability to create balance between plan execution and strategic thinking

- Ability to think independently and to manage timeline flawlessly

- Willingness to travel outside the office environment and sometimes overseas.

- Skilled in relationship management - charismatic, diplomatic, and emotionally intelligent.
