In charge of Process Improvement and Processs Innovation implementation in the facility:

  • Proactively taking/driving for process improvement and process innovation ideas.;
  • Design and testing new processes, system for upgrade or new products requires;
  • Develop and monitor standardized operating operations for upgrades or new processes;
  • Searching, studying for new machines, new technologies;
  • Ensure current process complies with safety standards and quality standards;
  • Assess current processes and maintain process documentation;
  • Develops innovative solutions to unique problems. Professional abilities & technical accomplishments are recognized in the area of expertise;
  • Study and analysis for process capacity, costing, ROI for the assigned projects;
  • Support Production Department to optimize thru-put and sustain improvement activities for both C&S, UPH.

    – Graduated fromuniversity with Bachelor degree withlean manufacturing, process excellence learning.

    2. Experience

    • More than 3 years experience in relevant role in large labor intensive manufacturing company (headcount >3,000);
    • Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software;
    • Knowledge of Auto CAD, Solid work as a plus;
    • Kaizen, Cell manufacturing, CQI, 6S, Pull manufacturing, One Piece Flow, Flexible processes, experience in managing multiple kaizen project.

    3. Knowledge of:

    • Lean manufacturing, Process improvement, Theory of constraints, Statistical process control, project managemen, Budgeting and cost control, Change management.

    4. Skills and Abilities:

    • Good English;
    • Strong leadership, management, communication skills are compulsory;
    • Results oriented;
    • Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems;
    • Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent;
    • Skilled in delivering training;
    • Work Hands-on;
    • Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure.
