  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive company growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with Aikyas mission and values
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors on market trends, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure Aikya remains competitive in the marketplace

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, project management or related fields

- Strong analytical skills and experience with business operation, market research and analysis

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of the healthcare, pharma, and/or consumer health industry is a plus
