Capability Development Performance delivery

• Implement required capability development programs (such as SCFX,…) with clear plan, milestone and vision

• Promptly adapt and embrace change in organization

• Build up the learning culture within SC

Training Requirements determination:

• Confers, provide expertise to Management and staff on training requirements, formulated and communicated through annual training scheme, plan and/or skills matrix, plan, ....

• Liaise with external Service Providers on training requirements and standards

• Follow up and manage quality of external Service Providers, action if any

• Evaluate skills development needs in region and implement identified interventions

• Control expenses within training budget

Training course facilitation:

• Schedule training times with delegates with line managers and required venues, well-communicate and closely feedback to functional head on progress, effectiveness and quality

• Clearly training schedule in consultation with external training provider/s and local management

• Deliver Training courses

• Arrange all facility to encourage learning for audiences

Training communication and Documentation:

• Facilitate the compilation or sourcing of relevant Training Material and Learning Programmes

• Write performance reports to evaluate trainees performance.

• Administer all training and learning records

• Participate in frequency meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training requirements and facilities and integrates information into training programmes

• Review, update or source updated learning material

• Establish a robust communication channel about training within SC

Support to build Continuous improvement culture:

• Support on OE implementation at plant

• Promote OE culture by involve to Kaizen and improvement process

Continuous improvement communication with shop-floor: Maintain/update visualization board

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years experiences in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain Training environment

• Experience at position of Manufacturing, Packaging working environment is preferred

• Experience in Training and development, Facilitation classroom training

• Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS,….

• Experience in E-learning systems

• Result-oriented and customer-oriented

• Continuous improvement attitude and positive thinking

• Project management: Planning, Organising and Controlling

• Effectively communication, Influencing, coaching and Facilitation skill

• Developing and Empowering others

• Problem Solving & Analysis (practical)

• Able to conduct team meetings and focus on team goals and team spirit.

• Budget management and forecasting

• Passion, energy and aspiration in Supply chain with the company brands and people values
