Mô tả công việc

1. Technical Training :

- Develop and deliver the training for internal staffs of Saint-Gobain covering all products, systems, installation, solutions (internal customers)

- Provide product/ application training; best practical technical training & guidance to distributor, installer, college students (Especially new distributor, installer for new BU: Weber (Construction Chemical); ISOVER (Insulation))

- Products and system expertise – gypsum, metal, cement boards, tile adhesive, grout, water proofing, mortar, insulation

- Support to Consultant seminars: Development and deliver theory and practical trainings (external customers).

2. Technical Support:

Getting closer to customer (internal & external customer):

- Support and train onsite

- Visit & onsite customer: mass market (basic solution) & project (high performance solution)

- Mock - up build support

- Study installer language from market and transfer to training

3. Consolidate & Report

- Consolidate technical training data monthly, report to manager with improve proposal

- Consolidate application method from customer, analyse & feedback to team for product/application innovation purpose

- Consolidate customer requirements, survey, analyse & feedback to team to develop new suitable training programe that might help to impact to selling activitives

4. Technical Knowledge:

- Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of construction regulation, building regulation, products and building systems, materials.

- Understanding about Wet area solution as: water proofing, tile adhesive & mortar

- Understanding about drywall acoustic and fire system; Ceiling system; Insulation

- Experienced (ideally ex-contractor) site support resource available to support technical installation and detailing

5. Technical Skill:

- Can provide comprehensive and thorough system installation instructions (pictures and process steps) aligned to correct construction methods

- Be able to handle tile adhesive, water proofing / motar products & application

6. Training Skill:

- Advanced facilitation & presentation skills to train, present, coach technical training modules

- Training methodology, including design and delivering

- Strong facilitation skills to manage and lead productive and interactive meetings (internal)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

  • Civil / Chemical/ Materials Engineer
  • Professional Construction / Technical Qualifications

2. Experience:

  • 2-3 years Technical experience in construction materials, especially in Dry mortar / water proofing industry

3. Soft skills:

  • Training skill
  • Presentation
  • Negotiation skill is plus

4. Computer Microsoft office skills:

Strong computer skills with advanced software aptitude.

5. Other Accountability:

  • Collaborative Team Working
  • Planning / Administration / Reporting

6. Language skills:

English Fluent (Writing & Communication)
