Mô tả công việc

1. Consults with line management, providing training program when appropriate

2. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

3. Lead the development and implementation training and development project, core values and desired behavior embedding, management of change, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.

4. Build up the training plan and set up the KPI for company

5. Conduct and monitor the internal and external training program, focus on Technical Training.

6. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

7. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

8. Manage policy & document of HR by ISO standard

9. Others tasks assigned by direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company is a must

- Good communication skill

- Ethical practice

- Good at planning and execution

- Ability for consultation.

- Relationship Management.

- Bachelors degree in relevant fields

- A self-starter with at least 3 years of prior experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar

- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

- Experience in project management and budgeting

- Resourceful, can-do attitude

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Sharp business acumen

- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

- Strong presentation skills.

- Good MS Office, especially PPT skills
