Yves Rocher cosmetic is looking for Training Executive with the main duty as below:

- Train staff on product, customer service, selling skills, retail techniques

- Assist in developing training materials, deliver online or classroom training programs, and evaluate effectiveness to boost product and skin care knowledge of our frontline staff

- Conduct field coaching to ensure consistent staff performance

- 50% of time in field for implement field training programs for shop staff, including day-to-day operating procedures, and customer service skills

- Support marketing events to promote company brands and products when necessary

- Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Economics, English, etc.
  • Having 1-2years experiences preferred in relevant industry
  • Good communication, customer & targets oriented
  • Excellent selling skills & available network of customers
  • Sense of beauty, love working in cosmetic
  • Software skills : Excel, Power point, Word, MS office
  • Good communication in English skill
