Mô tả công việc

  • Assist and verbal translation for expat managers and workers when required. Translate documents / Required information in written form Vietnamese to English, English to Vietnamese.
  • Collect Time sheets from team leader daily; Input into Access database; Make weekly, monthly report, correct production hours regarding to HR hours.
  • Manage stationery & purchase requests for Seawind production, maintain purchase order files and report current Purchase order status.
  • Manage, keep records & update of staff employed (Staff attendance, Organization chart, Evaluation report)
  • Coordinate with warehouse if we’ve received any parts
  • Be willing to upgrade knowledge as per required
  • Prepare materials and send to outsource company, source items/services required

    Knowledge

    • Translation Viet/english (writen and spoken)

    Experience

    • At least two year experience in Production assistance

    Skills

    • Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
    • Language skill: good at English (Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading).
    • Time management skill
    • Solving problem skill
    • Communication skill
