Company Profile:

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational energy manufacturing company. Our client is seeking for a Wafer Process Engineer Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improving DWS process (recipe development, enhancing slicing/cutting performance, reducing processing time, analysis of production loss and enhancing the yield, cost reduction, etc.)
  • Improving cleaning process (recipe development, enhancing cleaning efficiency, reducing cleaning time, other cost-saving tasks, etc.
  • Testing subsidiary materials for the Wire (Diamond, Tungsten), Additive, Glue, Beam, Wire Guide Roller, Pulley, Detergent

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Natural science/engineering majors (minimum bachelor degree)
  • Work experience in more than 20GW-scale Wafer manufacturing factories
  • Work experience in Wafer process development/production/equipment team
  • Project experience in developing Thin Wire(less than 150um) M10, G12 size Wafer slicing process
  • Experience in developing wafer slicing process using Thin Wire (less than 40um) (Carbon Steel Wire, Tungsten Wire)
  • Experience in Coolant recycle system
  • Ability to handle Diamond Wire Breakage (Wire connection in case of breakage: knot or welding skills, tools, enhancing the yield, etc.)
  • Ability to develop & operate DWS slicing recipe in wafer production process
