Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Warehouse System Management:

Set up the business requirements for software upgrades, system configuration, and system deployment.
Handle system changes, such as new concepts and upgrades to the system with the software vendor.
Develop training materials and resources for the system, and train end users.
Develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot solutions in collaboration with IT and clients.
Together with Inventory Management, configure and perform stock reconciliations.
Standard Operating Procedures should be documented and enforced; work instructions and related documentation should be kept up to date and accessible to end users.
Evaluate operational changes, propose improvement options, including the system, and operate.
Staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, and workflow analysis for eliciting requirements and drive process change.
Actively analyze project risks to anticipate/identify probable problems and proactively identify solutions to address them ahead of time.
To guarantee that the operations impact and project objectives/dependencies are always identified, reported on, and managed.
To establish a program, provide coaching, and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Male/Female, Age: 25-30 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 3 years of experience in inventory management system in logistics industry (3PL experience is prefered)
Fluent at English
