Mô tả công việc

  • Managing WH for all operation daily report
  • Time Outbound Delivery (IOD) , On Time IOD Receipt.
  • Control Cello system about data interface between Cello system and G-ERP to control inventory to ensure no discrepancy between CELLO and GERP.
  • Supporting SDS-MP WH or LD Team for preparing all wrong in Cello systems. Working with SDS-HCM Manager to raise issues of Cello system in Cello web portal that HQ can support to solve these issues immediately.
  • Set-up weekly meeting between SAVINA to SDS-MP to find solution to clear all problems in each warehouse.
  • Supporting SDS-MP Billing Team to check the status of all prices between SAVINA to SDS-MP. Preparing all total volume for all item code at 03 WH for compare between G-ERP to WMS and TMS systems. ( had need to finished within next week )
  • Making Korea daily report to Logistics Manager for Inbound / outbound volume , Import plan in each WH in next day , the status of IOD pending in each WH and all issue to clear all problem
  • Making KPI result report with the reason / action plan in every Wednesday (9:00am) and send to SDS-MP HQ.
  • Making Korea Weekly report to RHQ with compare total volume in first last week and second last week , KPI result in last week and reason / action plan
  • Solve total item inventory for monthly physical cycle counting between G-ERP to Cello. Working with SAVINA / SDS-MP in each warehouse for the results of physical monthly counting. Summary total results of 03 WH and send it to Superior
  • Have good solution to clear all pending of WH & TMS Management and Import shipments.
  • Solve system error, check GI, GR status in WMS, IOD status in TMS, make cancel GI as suggestion from SAVINA, etc.
  • Set-up SDS-MP back-up person in each warehouse when SDS-MP WH Manager have annual holiday in working day or physical counting day
  • Working as same teamwork with SDS-MP consultant for all function, add more idea to control Cello systems , can do cover their jobs in next time.
  • Working with SDS-MP C.C team and SAVINA logistics to find best solution to clear all pending / all problem
  • Checking inbound daily report of SDS-MP Customs Clearance Leader and give her some solution, some idea ….

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Min. 10 years of experience of relevant experience. Min. 3 years of relevant position.
  • Able to work independently and able to multi-task
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work over time
  • Proficient in English & MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Vietnamese fluently.

Quality:
