1. HR general (Ha Noi Branch) (40%)

  • Collaborate with HR functions to deploy activities of recruitment, L&D,performance management and engagement at branch to meet the target of development and retention of the team
  • Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and the staff in general; answer queries from managers; provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters
  • Manage end-to-end employee process to ensure that best talent is attracted, retained, developed, and succeeded across the function
  • Work with managers to identify key talents for development and manage employee performance
  • Understand the businesss requirements at branch to collaborate with HRBP manager to propose solutions/programs to contribute for development of business
  • Work with other HR colleagues in the HR Dept to ensure HR processes are implemented within their area of responsibility

2. Recruiment (40%)

  • Responsible for recruiting positions VG1 - VG4 in the Hanois office.(manage end-to-end recruitment process)
  • Employee Retention & Engagement: analyze exit interview, turnover rate reports and propose suitable retention action plan to align with company’s expectation
  • Manage local labor relations (unions, work councils)
  • Provide the relevant level of HR input to the internal compliance processes
  • Any other reasonable duties to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.

3. Administration​ (20%)

  • Overseeing and executing the office management function
  • Other tasks assigned by HRBP manager/CPO

工作要求

·Bachelor’s or Degree from HR Management or Equivalent

·Experience in HR Management/ proven experience as HRBP, Recruiter, HR General

·Having experience of at least 1- 2years in the FMCG/ Foods industry

·Good English communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

·Experience using Office application
