职位描述

The Talent Acquisition Executives responsibility is to hire great people and partner effectively with the business on recruiting strategies for a diverse workforce. This position enable Talent Acquisition activities by attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent, developing recruiting programs, and providing valuable support to enable hiring and our unique recruiting culture.

Main tasks:

  • Build up resources for searching for suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies and make effective recruitment plan
  • Develop and maintain good external relationships with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships
  • Manage the relationship with the internal manager, and ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements
  • Carry out the full-cycle recruitment process. Organize interviews including interview planning designed for each position, contacting candidates, set interview schedules with respective hiring departments and candidates.
  • Develop practical onboarding processes to help newcomers to understand the business context, their role, and how they can move to performance mode to deliver the business results in the shortest time possible and improve the employee experience.
  • Manager fan page, job portals, service contract effectively.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager

工作要求

  • 02+ years of working experience in similar roles in large-sized companies (500+), preferably in the FMCG/ MNC/ Production industry.
  • Hands-on experience with the full-cycle recruitment process using interview techniques
  • Able to work independently, good at English (writing & speaking)
  • Good interpersonal & relationship skills
