Job Details

Position:Contract Officer - Energy

Job Code:95670

Responsibility

・Manage the company’s obligations and compliance under the PPA.
・Ensure monthly company invoices to the off-taker are accurate.
・Monitor operational data required for invoice issuing.
・Act as key contact person coordinating and leading the discussions with external parties in relation to contract disputes.
・Take a proactive approach to managing primary contracts including the PPA, BOTC, EPC Contract, fuel agreement, O&M contract, etc. including the identification of profit-enhancing strategies.
・Work with the Operations and Maintenance sections to optimize the commercial performance of the plant.
・Properly involving/reporting to the relevant management or personnel whenever necessary and assisting with the negotiations.
・Settle commercial issues of the plan
・Other related tasks as assigned

- Working location: TAY HO DIST., HA NOI

- Monthly Salary: Negotiate

Requirements
・Education: Bachelors degree in business or engineering
・Gender: any
・Age: 27 - 40 years old
・Language: English business level
・Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in Contract supervision and management positions.
・Other:
- Strong knowledge of relevant applicable laws
- Experience in negotiations and discussions of contracts/commercial matters.


- Have working experience in energy companies
- Supervisory experience


・Being an active person with strong business networks development and excellent commercial skills
・Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
・Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.
