Mô tả công việc

  • Check, arrange record accounting documents and make payments following tax regulations
  • Tracking receivables and payables from customers/vendors.
  • Issue sales invoices to customers upon request.
  • Make a weekly payment plan.
  • Reconcile bank interest payments with approved agreements; Ensure there is no risk of loss due to wrong interest deduction by the bank.
  • Follow details with accounting service, supporting documents
  • Import data accounting to ERP
  • Submit VAT tax, CIT tax, FS for Vietnam company
  • Support detailed operational work related to activities aimed at optimizing the cash flow efficiency of the business.
  • Support accounting activities of the company within group
  • Other jobs assigned by the accounting manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Relevant work experience in tax accounting, preferably in a similar industry or accounting firm.

Experience with tax preparation, compliance, and reporting for individuals, businesses, and potentially international entities.

Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and codes.

Proficiency in tax software and accounting software

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and calculations.

In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and changes in tax codes.

Familiarity with different types of taxes, such as income tax, sales tax, property tax, and corporate tax.
