Mô tả công việc

I. Line Manager:

  • Line 1 : Senior Accountant
  • Line 2 : Operation Manager

II. Main duty :

  • E-commerce: handling revenue and expenses, net-off balances of E-commerce platforms;
  • Inventory: organizing transferring goods from main warehouse to office, recording and issuing output invoice for according free products, following office promotions, reconciling stock balances;
  • Responsible for revenue new platform, new brands in upcoming period;
  • Other assigned tasks.

III. Main tasks :

1. E-commerce

  • Report and issue revenue for E-commerce platforms;
  • Check, record input invoices and net-off balances for E-commerce platforms;

2. Inventory

  • Organize stock transferring from main warehouse to Office based on other teams’ requirements and classify products as requested to teams;
  • Record according delivery notes to accounting software;
  • Count office stock periodically, issue output invoices and report for exported free products from office warehouse;
  • Follow-up promotions registered for free products exported from office warehouse;
  • Reconcile balance stock at the end of month between main warehouse and accounting book;

3. Revenue

  • Responsible for revenue of new platforms, new brands;

4. Others

  • Other assigned tasks/ reports;

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Misa Software.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Dedicated, careful, meticulous.
  • Teamwork and willingness.
  • English reading and writing skill.
