Fixed asset function:

- Review and approval the posting asset entry related to fixed asset, tool and equipment...
- Review the Fixed asset register and monitor and reconcile the depreciation charge monthly to prevent the mistatement
- Review the liquidation asset, observe and post the entry related to disposal/ write off fixed asset
- Review and monitor the reclassification of PPE and IP and other manual entry
- Calculate and monitor the Finance lease asset and liabilities according to IFRS 16
- Establish and review the procedure related fixed asset function and cooperate with other relevant team/department to maintain the compliance.

Reporting function:
- Control accounting ledge relating Balance sheet monthly and perform reports as required from team leader and higher level
- Making the fluctuation and other anylysis as request related to BS accounts.
- Review and reconcile the interco transaction and balance quarterly
- Assist to prepare the quarterly Group reporting package and yearly financial statement audit
- Do other ad-hoc task/ assignment from Accounting team leader and higher level

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have the understanding about the VAS and IFRS, especially related to IFRS16
- Work under pressure and multiple task
- Good at team work and problem solving
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Have experience in auditing in Big4 companies is a plus.
