Programmatic Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns.

  • Configure and manage programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Manage inventory, demand, and budget for programmatic campaigns.

  • Ensure ad quality and compliance with industry standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Industry Knowledge:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve product and deploy new ad-op related features.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ad tech.

  • Monitor and manage programmatic advertising budgets.

  • Maintain relationships with ad exchanges, DSPs, and SSPs.

  • Support Partnership team in assessing new inventories, suggesting ad formats and publisher revenue optimization.

Team Management

  • Daily manage operation team performance.

  • Training team member once needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience working with Publisher and OTT in Vietnam.

  • Experience in digital/media platform.

  • Experience in Ad-Network, DSP/SSP at least 3 years.

  • Knowledgeable in either CRM or CDP or DMP, and 3rd party tracking, Ecommerce business is an advantage

  • Proven experience in digital advertising and programmatic advertising operations.

  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with ad serving platforms, ad exchanges, DSPs, and SSPs.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and ad operations software.
