Mô tả công việc

• Issue Debit notes & Invoices & other bills
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status and collections
• Work closely with other departments to resolve Debit note and payment issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the accounting system - Misa
• Prepare Quarterly VAT declaration & monthly FCT declaration
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Have the opportunity to work as AP account & Taxable Account further.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Have knowledge of related accounting standards
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• 1.5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
